6 Tbsp (3/4 cube) BUTTER
¾ C. SUGAR
2 tsp. CINNAMON
18 FROZEN RHODES DINNER ROLLS
chopped walnuts or pecans- optional
Melt butter in a pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Rub some butter around inside of a bunt pan. Melt the rest of the butter. Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on the bottom of pan, along with chopped nuts if desired. Dip frozen rolls in melted butter and roll in sugar mix. Put 9 on the bottom and 9 on the top. Cover with a wet cloth and let raise overnight in fridge. Remove from fridge and let rise while oven warms to temperature.
Bake at 350 until brown. Around 35-40 minutes.
Tear and share.
OPTION: You may want smaller pull apart pieces. Cut semi-frozen roll dough in half or fourths. (Rhodes roll dough is good.) You may also substitute frozen biscuits for the rolls, but the result will be less like yeast bread.
